Lyndy Butler is a songwriter & storyteller from the red desert of Southern Utah.
Her music carries the spirit of wildflowers among the cinder rock, run-away backroads,
hand-me-down hymns, and the changing moon.
Lyndy has showcased at the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival,
The Kerrville New Folk Festival (2017, 2019), & the Wildflower! (2019)
She was named a top-five finalist in the 2025 Telluride Troubadour contest
and is returning to the Folks Fest Stage in 2026.
She currently performs with her band, The Moonflowers -An Americana Folk Band. Featuring Lacey Williams on keys and fiddle, and Shelbi Post on bass. They make harmony rich folk music that is rooted in honesty, longing, humor, heartbreak,
and the quiet magic of ordinary life.
